The NLCB is mandated to deal with complaints related to the conduct of chiropractors practicing in NL. All complaints and enquiries received in relation to the conduct of a licensed chiropractor are taken very seriously.
If you wish to make a complaint about a chiropractor who is registered in NL, you may contact the Registrar to provide details of your complaint in writing. All complaints must be signed by the complainant and submitted to the NLCB Registrar by way of mail, email or fax at the following addresses:

Concerns may include matters that occur outside of the clinical setting where the chiropractor is still likely to be viewed as holding themselves out as a chiropractor and includes inappropriate communication, language or behaviour with patients or the general public either in person or on social media.
Sexual misconduct, including sexual harassment or more generally engaging in intimate relationships with patients is unacceptable for chiropractors in NL. The Newfoundland and Labrador Chiropractic Board investigates all allegations of professional misconduct against chiropractors and complaints relating to professional boundaries, including but not limited to sexual misconduct, are taken very seriously.
