As the regulatory body for chiropractors in Newfoundland and Labrador, the Newfoundland and Labrador Chiropractic Board is responsible, under provincial legislation, for serving and protecting the public. The NLCB does this by promoting practices that encourage registrants to practice in a competent, safe and ethical manner in accordance with the Chiropractors Act as well as other applicable statutes and regulations, and the Board’s guidelines, policies and bylaws.
As part of its regulatory function, the Board receives and reviews complaints about chiropractors in accordance with processes outlined in the Chiropractors Act.
